Oppdal access its brand competence and quality.
We are located in Russerveien just off the sports field. We are into new premises approximately 1,000 square meters, and offers diverse group lessons, a modern apparatsal and airy frivektsareal.
All our staff have professional sports and / or health care background. Our high expertise in training does Oppdal access to a fitness center for everyone!
The reception is manned during these hours:
Monday 8:30 to 12:00 and from 17.00 to 20.00
Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday 10:30 to 12:00 and from 17.00 to 20.00
Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday 11:00 to 12:00 and from 17.30 to 19.00
The sauna can be used Monday-Friday 8-13 and at 16-21.
Oppdal Centre is open to members daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. throughout the year. To get into the center must use the membership card. We welcome the new members are welcome to visit us in-service hours.
